At The Pawsome shop, we want you and your pets to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.

We will evaluate the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once your return has been approved.
