Return & Refund Policy

At The Pawsome shop, we want you and your pets to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible.
Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at msecom27@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
It may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account after the refund has been issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at msecom27@gmail.com with photographs of the issue.

We will evaluate the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union Consumer Rights

If you are located within the European Union, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to withdraw from certain purchases within the legally required withdrawal period. Nothing in this policy limits any rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

United Kingdom and United States Customers
